I do think that the developer should have specialist tasks that require disks as well, just ones that are like "install firewall protection" or something like that, which make it much less obvious who the slackers are.
Yeah gameplay wise I feel like a setting to not have forced firings would be cool, seems almost as if the slackers could genuinely just do the tasks (well fake them) and by the time the bar fills enough specialists would have been randomly fired. Rather than either actually having to catch someone slacking, or the slackers being forced to actually get the bar moving
