Episode 2 of the Return of the Bison follows Rongotai College in the traditional pre-season match vs Nelson College. The season gets underway and a host of new boys get an introduction to 1st XV rugby. Coach Dave Meaclem gives a lifting pre-match speech and young blindside DJ Taoipu captains the side for the first time in a capped game.

Hey I just wanted to know is the beginning part of the video NZ way of doing a beep test? I'm american and we have a fitness test over here called the beep test which looks exactly like how the kids were doing in the start of the video, however the only difference is that we run to the one side and stop and then wait for the beep again to run back to the starting side.
