Regarding the Medicham no shielding, I find that bulky leads are reluctant to shield the first charge move, even with a nuke threat. I'm running Regirock lead, and Bastiodon never shields my first focus blast. Booms every time, although it doesn't quite KO.

Used the team at 2800s did not work too well...best game was a back to back one shot on a Pelipper and politoed. They thought they could mud shot me down and did not want to use their last shield for a ‘weatherball’. Rose really struggles against everything except for a water lead. Went back to my old team to push for legend but I really love Rose so it was fun using her!
Fun story: i already had a Registeel built for GL, but the last time Regis were out i managed to get a shiny one. Dropped another 100k for it 😂 and this line is fantastic!
What I don't get is @3:06 why did your opponent not just go for flash Cannon? They should have had enough energy for at least that and it definitely would have taken you out at that little health

Wow. Roserade is a really good pokemon for this cup. By the way, I have a really big problem with Jirachi in this cup. Do you know any good counters for him? My team is Toxicroak, Scyther and Granbull (I know, that is a bad team). Nice vid as always! Thanks for doing these tutorials.
As risky as it sounds, if you face Jirachi (or every confusion user) on the lead with your Toxicroak wait for the first confusion to register then swap out so your 1 turn fast move with Scyther (run fury cutter on it) will get three free fast moves and get a great advantage on the counter swap, unless it's a rock type you can potentially flip it :)
Unrelated question. I have been slowly investing into a medicham rank 6 and it’s at 1400 cp. I gained about 40 more candies trading with my friend from New York. I was fortunate enough to get rank 1 medicham. Do I start over or continue to beef up #6?
