@@MihirK007 applauding is a way of showing respect and appreciation. The air ambulance is a charity so naturally people are very ‘patriotic’ towards it.
Wish this applause could be heard by EVERY air ambulance crew! Actually, paramedics, air ambulance crew and everyone who works for our NHS! Thank you! You are all HEROES!
Yes incredible scenes ,its heartwarming to know one soul in need has many others helping ,it shows you human life is important despite what the enemy says...
The air ambulance landed in my school field once because one of the old teachers had a heart attack, I am only in year 7 and ill never forget that moment...
If you want great advertising to let the public know the amazing resources available for them, here it is. I hope they took up a collection for the Air Ambulance at the game.
can't see why. the chopper would have done little or no damage. Here in Australia I have seen ambulance 'trucks' drive over our cricket/football grounds without causing any dmagae even when the ground was wet.
I assume it would've been a cardiac arrest, most likely caused by a heart attack! The helicopter is Yorkshire's Helimed 98 from the Nostell air base, for the emergency fans in the comments.
Hello Heli med 98 we love you all from the bottom of our hearts here in willerby road Saw you go over to day to castle hill hospital hope all are fine and well love from the duffins Your number one fan club see you very soon all
Just had one of the Midlands Air Ambulance land on 29th September to attend to two primary school girls being hit by a car and suffering serious injuries because it flew them to Birmingham Childrens Hospital they are now at home and smiling albiet badly injured
Was good that this happened in a stadium, albeit a quiet stadium. The air ambulance will have raised to much awareness and support through this. 'The whole f***ing stadium is filming it' brilliant haha that will be plastered over all social media. If they could in time I'd have had fundraisers waiting at all the exits.
@@BarnsleyOnTour Ok, but - it´s their job... ...and a landing on such a huge flat area is nothing for such pilots. So why are Americans applauding always, for everything...?
To hear the supporters applauding the air ambulance was great.
Uh no! Lol.
That’s actually worse. Someone is having a heart attack but let’s clap for a MedEvac instead…

They cheered for the air ambulance. THANK YOU NHS!!!
Sadly the air ambulance isn’t NHS it’s a charity
Guy was lucky he had it at a stadium because there would already have been paramedics there and then the air ambulance can land

Theres someone having a bloody heart attack lol.
it’s a joke
Yes I so know that.
Incredible piloting to do that manoeuvre takes incredible control and skill. Really hope their patient made a full recovery

Of course it was good that the air ambulance came, but the groundsman was probably raging lol
Ahahah yes!
I don't think he will be to worried. A life saved is worth the effort.

"It's gonna crash land"
What, with two experienced pilots aboard and nothing wrong with the aircraft?
Crazy
Minor point, the helicopter carries one pilot. But your point remains valid, there was nothing near a crash landing!
I can't understand why this situation doesn't happen in Korea. I envy you.
Undeveloped EMS?
Air ambulances are heavily funded by charitable donations. It’s slightly different in very remote areas. But by and large they’re a charity 😀

my dad had a heart attack but they couldn't deliver him to a better hospital via helicopter cuz the weather was bad. he's fine tho

They are welcoming and respecting the paramedics for arriving to save a life, as well as appreciating the pilot's landing.
