Hi, Blue Wind!! Myself & my tomcat Lyen are hoping you're doing well!!! I love the things you put into the background areas when you film. I never get tired of watching the videos. I've been watching how Lyen has been responding to the last 5 videos. I like yo keep track, just to jot down on what his brain responds too. Omg, he tries to hit the Blue Jays, Crows, & tiny Wrens/Sparrows. I THINK it's a Chickadee w/ all white nut has a Black Hood? I try to come up W/ a shorter name for the long names birds. So I call that 1 "cow bird." Not sure why, it just came out of my mouth. 😂...but he immediately gets up there to try to hit them. 😅. But I have trained him not to hit at the Black squirrels. I say "no black sqirrl." He doesn't try yo bat at them. I use "broken Tarzan English" w/ him. Smaller sentences work well. I say "mom love black sqirrl." He never bats at them. Just the gray ones. Lolll. He just sits & watches the "bunnys" & hedgehog (?) Creatures. I love Blue Jays! I can't believe you guys don't have Robins. Dod you ever think you'd live doing the videos, & they'd be liked by do many people? Being here in Minnesota, its winter. I love to turn on your videos to see sun, burds, flowers, & grass. But yeah, some days my cat just likes to sut by my tv to just watch your videos rather than swipe @ the birds. Just too amazing to see how he reacts. But yeah, the last 5 videos, le just lives to sit & watch alot. Maybe due to our winter he just at times doesn't feel lije hitting them. 😂😂. Have a good rest of the week & weekend! ❤
Sorry for the late response on this one, Tammi! Yes the Chickadee has a black hood and is called a Black-capped chickadee. One of their calls sort of sounds like their name: "Chickadeee deee dee dee". The creature that looks like a hedgehog is actually a Groundhog! She lives under our garage. We do also have a bird called a Brown-headed Cowbird. The male is a pretty shade of black with a brown head and the female is usually a lighter shade of brown all over. We hoped the videos would be enjoyed with the different perspective and the long format, but we had no idea how popular they would become! Our success is thanks to return viewers, like you and Lyen! We are glad you both continue to enjoy the channel!

My big cat Lyen is laying sleeping on my lap. He says he's too tired right now to watch, he'll watch later. Blue Wind, do you guys have any favorites out of all your videos? Never stop doing videos. Hi Tammi and Lyen! It's been a very odd winter for us. Alternating weeks of warmth then freezing. My wife usually likes the snow videos because of the patterns in the snow from all of the footprints towards the end of each video. (like in video number 20) I don't know if I have a favorite video, but one moment that stands out was a little red squirrel falling asleep standing up in the sun light. I wish I knew which video it was from. It was one of our earlier videos, before we starting recording in 4K. I didn't mark it down while editing, but if I ever spot it again I'll make a post about. As always, thanks for the comments and for both of you watching! ❤
My cats loves all your videos thank you. But I have noticed that the flower pots and props are close to the stump and I think it is deterring the birds as they think predators are hiding. Just a thought. ❤ From Canada 🇨🇦
My cat loves to watch crows & blackbirds sneaking up around the flower pots. He loves watching the 2 kinds of birds that are way in the back by trees. They some up for nuts, then he'll be eat them up w/ his front feet. 🤣😂
