How to make ... i pici alle vongole!

- I pici alle vongole is one of my favorite fish dishes.
This recipe is for 1 person. Maybe 350 g vongole is a bit too much, but it's good! I love vongole.
Ingredients: 150 g pici - 350 g fresh vongole veraci (fresh clams in shells) - garlic - 1/2 peperoncino - fresh parsley - salt- extra vergine olive oil - Pinot Grigio wine
Heat the olive oil on medium heat in a large pan. Gently sauté the garlic and fresh peperoncino until soft but not colored. Turn op the heat.
Once it's hot add a splash of Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC wine (Toffoli). Add the clams. Give the pan a shake every 20-30 seconds. Cover the pan.
Cook the fresh pici in boiling salted water. After 10 minutes drain the pasta. Tip the pici in the pan through the white wine and clam sauce.
Stir through the parsley. Buon appetito!
