I think the mall was only busy because of the event, when i visit here during the week still very empty. Matahari was very quiet

I can't really recommend a car hire company as I don't use myself. 2 places in Sanur that used to rent cars

I can't recommend either of the above companies they are just 2 companies that I know used to do car rental in sanur.
Be careful because many companies here do not offer insurance. Make sure when you rent the car to make a video with you phone walking all around the car and highlighting any damage or marks before you take it.
Also make sure you check the registration licence for the car is in date and the number plate matches on the car and document.

Not sure about basketball shoes but i have attached a link to the biggest sport and leisure shop in Bali. Maybe they have in sports station.
