The song is Astor Piazzolla's "Violentango". To me it sounds like a live performance (a not too excellent one), although on the video the song appears to be pre-recorded. The dancing is "classical" stage tango style. It is still very highly valued in BsAs - for performance. I am quite sure that these dancers would never dance like this at a milonga though.
