It’s very true. That’s what happens when you are considered third class citizens. Secondly unless the Somali people stop bribing the officers , this issues won’t stop. Fight for your rights and stop bribery.
Officers are not transferred because this is where they hit the jackpot. They share what they get in bribes with their bosses. So it’s a tradition that has existed for decades. Please educate your public and tell them don’t give even one penny to those officers. Tell them to take pictures and record them asking for bribes and send to the representatives like you and send them to the EACC snd the DPP.
