pile 3. you're so on point. i cried.. it's true. i love him so much, he's my childhood friend and we've been on and off for like 12 years. it's hard to accept.. but it's okay right now. @@winnieamar9368 well… my husband and I had a relatively serious situation a few years ago. I am from the Midwest and I was raised Catholic, so a go to phrase after my husband apologized, I would say, “it’s ok.” I really had forgiven him, but I would get triggered every now and then, even though I realllly had moved on from the words that were said. What I realized is that I never let him know what the impact of his words had on me. I never brought the situation back into balance by honoring what had happened. So - three years later- I sat him down, ready to finally put it to rest. I told him I needed to apologizing and saying It’s ok and that I needed him to know how his words broke my heart, shook me to the core, and that what he said was wrong, and how he treated me had been unacceptable. He cried, I cried, he apologized again. We BOTH felt better. I needed to truly let him know the impact his words had, even though I had forgiven him, and he needed accountability. We both got what we needed. I haven’t been triggered since!

Pile 3 - what really pisses me off (yes I’m mad at spirit right now for this) is that this reading resonates, but I have had so much guidance over the past however many months. All about being patient, this is a divinely guided connection, wait for divine timing etc etc. I’m mad at the universe for what feels like having the rug pulled out from under me. The guidance is just as inconsistent as the connection and nothing makes sense anymore.

I can feel you sister!!! I too feel very low. I am a very emotional guy. I am a highly sensitive person. I have lost a beautiful friendship due to this behavior of mine. I am not narcissistic. I mean I see good in everyone except me. I am a people-pleasing person. I did try to better my behavior and the way I respond to certain situation ship, but nothing has changed for me. People think I am doing it deliberately, that I feel good being in the state of an emotional person, but that is not true.
