after a long time betting I learned there is no formula better than play against the team or star the media is promoting specially if they are on TV that night and they are getting 36% or less of the bets, the best bet is the team the expend the entire day with a star being questionable to play and they are also the underdog.
Yeah or you could actually put some time and effort into depth chart and rotation breakdown, studying incoming rookies and the holes they fill on certain teams, and obvious market inefficiencies on divisions you specialize in, and most importantly utilize live betting and the prop market and u will realize it's pretty easy to bet

i’ve been studying injury reports and also keeping in mind certain factors such as if their coming off a game the night before

there no consistency in NBA I bet in play but the odds have to be bigger than the starting price
Best strat- look at standings, ask yourself who does nba want in playoffs, who, if they win will make vegas the most $ and go from there.
