How to challenge the New Challenger: before you fight the last enemy, you have to keep no lose, and at least have 5 times use super combo or Original combos KO the Enemy, then the New Challenger will show up.
How to fight Shin Akuma: use 1p orginal color character , keep no lose, and sucessfully defeat the New challenger no lose, plus got 3 times PERFECT, then before the last enemy show up, Shin Akuma will appear to fight with you.
This time I also re-challenge, and after so many times fail, I got it sucess again. all of my videos I've been uploaded is done by one time, no cheat, no TAS, and I am really tired of arguing with some stupid people, cuz I am not gonna use silly word fight with you here, I can meet you on supercade to fight you there.
Great job! "Weakest" character my ass. Also, I thought he was always shouting "悔しい", meaning regret or frustration because he always loses, but now I realize he was shouting "親父" (dad) because Sagat killed his father, and now I feel for Dan even more.
Based on what I see, Dan is not the weakest character in the game. He is equal to most characters.
I have only ever seen him good in this game. Others he's pretty weak.
He never was...the lore made him like that but I have seen people doing pretty well with Dan...he is good on SF 4 too with his two new ultras
He is an awesome character. His gameplay looks like Ryo Sakazaki on KOF

To say that he is the weakest character is an insult, Dan is one of the best characters in all of Street Fighter! He has charisma, a lot of charisma, and knows how to always make you smile! Many consider Dan just a comic relief fighting character, but in SF Alpha 2 it's very satisfying to see him defeat Sagat, as he was able to avenge his father.
Never underestimate the power of The Strongest Style, the Saikyo-ryu! 👊🏻💥

@@raiox4383it means he has invincibility frames during the move (minus the ending of it I think). This was implemented because it shows the difference between Ryu/Ken and Dan, where for the other two shotos whenever you do shoryuken it will always have I-frames

I always select Dan we all know he is a looney lol but he has a excellent counter attack and technique with his style just like ryu and ken learned from the same master
To be honest, he just goofy, but not so hard to use in street fighter alpha 1 and 2

@@raiox4383 Dan shines because it indicates Invincibility Frame during his Koryuken. Normally it doesn't have Invincibility Frame because Dan's training is incomplete.
Unlile Ryu and Ken (or most Shoryuken) it does have an Invincibility Frame no matter what. Dan is different so his Koryuken sometimes does shine but most of the time, it does not.

Does anybody know how to make the combos at the end of the battle?
I loved playing Rolento because he frustrated so many opponents but Dan is really strong if you can get the combos right. That jump kick to combo to finisher can clear 40% of a health bar. Really strong punch combo, too.
I really hope there is an option where you can have dan teach you his moves and then you as the player can upgrade them a shit ton since Dan has never really decided to train all that much

The game gives Dan 1 chance out of 7 to be invincible when doing Koryuken. When it happens the move is shiny !
When I first saw Dan in my Gamepro Magazine in an article shoe=wing the new charaters for the upcoming Street Fighter Alpha 2 for Playstation, I first thought he was kind of a cool shoto character, but I had no idea he's a comic relief character made to poke fun at Ryo and Robert from Art Of Fighting.

It's clear that Dan is superior to Ryu & Ken as he can through the ball of fire with one hand where as they have to struggle and use both hands it's not everyday somebody can wreck apocalypse with an autographed picture of themselves & cyber gouki and the abyss
