I love the intro video for StormGate; it's reminiscent of Immortal Gates of Pyre. I've signed up for the Immortal's TestPlay weekend and am really looking forward to it.
@@GlobalConflagration Your game looks like it will be something special! If you ever need someone to test it out feel free to reach out, I'm no your discord under my channel name :). Keep up the good work and all the best!
im surprised you didn't mention AoM Retold, and for me in that list only Tempest Rising looks promising, i tried both demos and 2nd demo was decent but still needs more work to be put in
I tried to focus on more Indie titles, but AoM Retold will definitely get a whole video on its own and a review. I played the old one, many hours spent. I've put an interesting title in a new video posted just now called Fata Deum, if you're familiar with Black and White it'll trigger some nostalgia :).
I tried out the demos for all of those, Global Conflagration is the most fun one for me so far, with Tempest Rising and Stormgate sharing the #2 spot, Ratten Reich felt very disappointing at least on their last demo, and the other two feel like a different genre and not really classic RTS style.
Did you try out Tempest Rising new demo? It's available until July 22nd. I heard about Ratten Reich but still hold a bit of hope they'll make a good game.
@@GoblinGaming13 yeah I tried it today earlier. the game looks very pretty, but I can't really say much about the gameplay, the campaign is pretty linear and feels meh so far and there's no skirmish mode. It feels like 90% of their budget goes into art/cinematics/effects and only 10% into "actual gameplay"
@@AqoCyrale Yeah, it is just two missions for now - Skirmish is coming though and the lead designer is pretty cool and open to questions on Discord. I do wonder how it plays in late game with more diverse unit mixing and how multiplayer will play out, absolutely loved CnC3/Kane's Wrath in that aspect.
There is a couple on my other list, namely Tactical Warfare and D.O.R.F., along with Global Conflagration, Tempest Rising and some others there should be some. C&C is my fav franchise (with an obvious exception) and I'll never forgive EA for what they've done to it. Peace through power!
Not in early access, but after August 13th on full release it will be. It's a way of monetizing an otherwise free game, honestly it's not worth to pay for it now anyway.
Tempest is promising...
Yeah, it looks really good. First demo wasn't bad but apparently they changed a lot for second one, which is starting tomorrow!
@@GoblinGaming13 Gonna try ti tomorrow. Thanks
looking forward to tempest rising!
I have a video in the works for Tempest Rising today, new demo just hit :).
Good, i live RTS games, i bought a PC just for RTS.
Feel like sactuary shattered sun needs to be here as well.
And thats the one RTS i truely look forward to.
Sanctuary: Shattered Sun is getting its own video, I feel like it deserves it. Reminds me of Supreme Commander I used to play back in the day.

I'll have to try it out, thanks for the suggestion!
been waiting for global configuration....
It does look good, I hope we get to try it out soon.
I hear you brother!

Night is Coming looks sick AF
It does, can't wait to try it out.

@@GoblinGaming13 Agree, I'm a big fan of C&C3, hope Tempest Rising can end up having a similar feel, been hoping for that for a long time now.
@@AqoCyrale After trying the demo with both factions I do have some slight concerns. GDF, as of now, seems to be much better than Dynasty.
Night is coming and fragile existence
I have some more coming actually, stay tuned! :)
Need more c&c style rts games, starcraft and moba can go extinct for all I care
