For raids, are you supposed to get all the guild chests or just the most recent one unlocked? I thought that we would get each one but maybe that would give CG too much credit for being nice Also, I am still working on my elves but once I finish them, I will for sure work on my dwarves

Mine can't quite do 1.5 mil in ch2 just 1.35 mil. Have not shown them yet except on my livestream.

Personal rewards are per chapter, guild rewards are once a week at the highest tier.
For chapter 1 you'll probably want Gandalf lead for the gift of the istari calling assists
The people who have Gandalf unlocked have tried that and it seems to work better with Balin lead
