Hi ESO.. this comment has nothing to do with this video but I just wanted to let you know that your Skyrim videos helped me a great deal as I have beem going through illness and moved from MMOs to single players with the ability to pause (a lifesaver when you cant game consistently for hours)
There is also a drill that can spawn. Much the same stats as the chainsaw. Spawns in the workshop at the Seneca rocks visitors centre, north of top of the world
Use "Weapon Artisan" perk to repair saw weapons to 200% CND and it will GREATLY increase the damage. The bonus damage will eventually be lost as it dulls with use. This bonus damage applies to all melee weapons but is most pronounced with the super small base-damage saws.
I have been lovehating this game since official release(crashing 2-3 times every play session does not help)but yesterday I read a great Reddit post which simply said Fallout76 is a survival game, if you play it that way it makes more sense & is more fun, leave basic loot behind, don't worry about dying (unless you just got 25 black titanium AND THE FRICKIN GAME CRASHED BEFORE YOU GOT YOUR JUNK BACK) & use aid etc. as you find it or sell it. Another tasty vid BTW ta.

Nice... I love Gauss Rifle. BUT I already unlocked modification by craft the gun and scrap its (With a lot of help from Super Duper and Expert Science perk).
I was server hopping for three hours in 2 locations where i have heard of the guass rifle spawning and still havent foumd it I am quite frustrated because I want one and they never spawn for me

I found 2 handy buzzsaws, legendary, mutant killers. There are other very fast weapons, that is the most powerful, but the drill is actually faster in terms of dps

I wouldn’t call the M79 grenade launcher “rare”, cause I’ve seen some higher ranked Scorched carry these. Try the Valley Galleria over in The Mire. The boss in the area usually Carrie’s it.
I don’t know if by the lowest level for the M79 you mean at that specific location or not but... It is possible, albeit rare to get one at level 15 which I did earlier yesterday. Even saw a level 25 Medic M79 launcher.

From what I can tell, the Patrol Duty quest at the penitentiary is reliable way of getting weapon plans, but every time I go there, I can never manage to get the quest to spawn. Does anybody have any suggestions? I’d really like to farm the quest if at all possible.
The chainsaw I am sadly not seeing in that location. Even after a few jumps. For the mini nuke launcher it now seems to spawn at 25, and for the grenade launcher I can't seem to find it on the guy i kill either. They may of changed it since this video.
Do you think you could do some videos on plan and/or mod locations. i know they aren't 100% spawns but i know some if not all plans and mods have static locations they can be found at. I've actually recorded the locations of the ones i have found if you're interested.
I followed your instructions and have gotten a couple Gauss rifles. I love it, but I’m having trouble modding it. I have the three science cards, but it ont let me mod it. Is there a glitch here or am I missing something? Any suggestions?

I tried the chainsaw thing, but when the opponent has power armor (high radiation resistance), it does not work (or VERY slowly)... :-( But design and sound is great... :-)

I'd point out that the M79 grenade launcher is found literally everywhere, and the best version of it (as of the last update) is level 50.

My favorite is the 2 shot explosive harpoon never need to waste ammo even if you get a zelot explosive it works really well.

I’ve got the Vampires Gauss version which is cool
I got a good gauss rifle it is only lvl 35 but still does 200 dmg but it has the quad ammo capacity so 20 shots instead of 5
Im super low level... Do high players usually have the fusion cores to constantly run power armor?
Yeah they last forever in this game and if you take a power plant you can get full fusion cores for free

The auto grenade launcher is heavy. don't know about the m79 tho
its a heavy weapon for the bear arms perk you need the explosives perk to up the damage
