我家这边把这个叫茄盒，从小就特别喜欢 吃，不过我不喜欢这种炸的做法，虽然也好吃，但是我更喜欢我妈的版本，直接用平底锅煎出来的，省油不说还把茄子本身的香味都激发出来，茄子煎出来的味道特别好吃。
