this is insane...I got to open up for Jay at TINY bar/listening room in Columbia SC back in 2009/10 and was blown away by his voice and songwriting...back then he was doing soulful folk music of some sort...now it's crazy to see him selling out stadiums and getting Grammys...great guy to boot, couldn't have been more supportive and positive towards myself and my music...he didn't seem to like talking about himself that much...
watched these guys in a club in Portsmouth England about 5 years ago. Jay's voice live is insane. was also the first time I realised Scott Holliday wears a ring slide..very cool
