I give my full credit to Anil for encouraging me not only to rear but breed discus. He made it sound easier to keep (We used to be scared to keep this prized fish because of cost and other issues). Till date, not only the pair bred but we also had third generation. Of course the children didn’t survive because of space issues. But you still are not asking the question which I had earlier wanted you to ask breeders like Anil. How does one feed live but sanitised tubifex and blood worms. I know breeders are not feeding live food. But thats the best food for fishes so there must be some way by which we can feed live foods after proper sanitisation.
