I have a feeling that dabi quirk wasn't supposed to be blue hot fire but more like ice cold flames would make alot more sense do to having a resistance to cold and immunity to ice so why not ice flames like it was meant to be really cold but since endeavor believe him to have fire he used it wrong like being able to control the temperature from hot to freezing
