Learn how to write an application or a letter to the bank manager for a refund of money. "Amount deducted but not received from atm" nowadays, this is a most common ATM transaction problem. Many times, a lot of people face this problem, "cash not withdrawn from atm but deducted from the account".
This problem of "cash not withdrawn from atm but amount deducted" of ATM is mostly get resolved within 48 Hrs but if you don't get a refund or you don't receive your debited amount back within 48 Hrs then you need to write an application to the bank manager.
As you give application, the bank starts an inquiry about your transaction and refund your debited amount in next 7-10 working days.
"cash not received but amount deducted", this problem is mostly due to a weak network connection, the problem in ATM software, undermaintained ATM machine. and there are different other reasons.
But You should inform the bank in case you don't receive your money back.
This is a formal letter written to the bank manager about "cash not received but amount deducted"

Har ek ATM ko ek ID diya hota hai wo ek unique id hota hai jisase bank ko pata chalta hai ki atm ki location and kaunse bank ka atm hai wo. Ye id atm machin pe ya atm room ke door pe likha hua rehta hai. Atm me jane ke baad waha pe ID apko mil jayega.
