Hi, im not a bad cook and always cook from scratch. I have built up a decent Indian pantry but watching your videos has inspired me to build up a decent supply of Chinese ingredients but im not sure what i would need.
Would you be able to do a video about setting up a chinese pantry from scratch? What you need for basic dishes and maybe for some advanced dishes. Id also love to know if rice wine and rice wine vinegar can be substituted for each other or if they are completely different. One last thing, my hubby has a severe shellfish allergy, does fish sauce contain prawns? Thanks for reading this.
