Exactly what I was hoping to see. I watched at least 15 videos about scanning and then they jump into how to prep for shipping. No one, yet, touched on what the app shows us and what it means and how to use it. I really appreciate this!

Reezy you're the man. Great meeting you at the meetup. I started this stuff three years ago because of you. Glad to see you're making beginner content to get new people into this stuff.
The best Amazon book reseller explanation! Can’t wait to start playing with Amazon app - just got approved and I am soooo excited! Thanks Reezy! You rock 🤗🤗
@@mtran06 hi there .. had to pause Amazon learning for a while to take care of personal situations.. started watching Reezy 4 days ago.. hopefully I can start selling on Amazon soon .. how is it going with you? 🤗
That’s how I started, I’m at $2000 in books last month, using ScoutIQ and an Opticon scanner. Total sales of all items were $5000 last month. Thank you Reezy.
Real good information, will be singing up for the course soon. I work where there's piles of free books so I would make a profit no matter what, but will only try and list books that are worth it
It's amazing what you catch when you revisit videos. Double Whammy!! Preciate all your content my G. I duz follow the hustle LOL
Can you do a quick rundown on what to fill in and look for in the "seller fulfilled" column? I need to start small and go with seller fulfilled until I can get enough profit rolling to pay the $40 monthly Amazon fee for FBA. Your videos have been so helpful. I finally found someone who's made this process make sense.
I have a question. I’m barely getting into this and I’m so excited. As a beginner would you recommend shipping out the orders yourself to avoid all the FBa fees and make more profit ?
@@ReezyResells heck yeah. I appreciate the reply brother. Right now as I’m scanning my own books through the amazon seller app, they all say they’ acquire approval. It says I need approval to sell products in books. There’s a request button but under the “request approval” it says “however we are not accepting applicants to sell: other collectible books category in refurbished conditions” And once I do hit request there’s an error
For FBA do you have to pay the .99 cents a book upfront when it’s shipped or do you pay the .99 cents when the book sells? Also how much are the storage fees with Amazon? Thanks for your time
This is my second video and by far this seems like the most reasonable and reliable way to resell any item. Thank you. I will try my first one soon and let you know how it turns out

Question: So if you scan a book and two listings come up, but one is restricted, you are allowed to sell on the other one? I just signed up for FBA and want to make sure that I don't break any rules and get suspended before I even really start! Thanks for this info Reezy!
Hey Reezy! Great video! Do you have a video showing your work flowing scanning books at Goodwill? Not just highlight but unedited process including the physical setup and ergonomics? Maybe even with Scanning app screenshot? Btw, which scanning software do you currently use? Scout I’d?

Early on this vid, you spoke of $40 fee and implied that there is a way to avoid that? I didn't hear you explain that info.? Maybe I missed something but can you clarify.
I have a Question, I just got the amazon seller app Tuesday June 7 2022 how long does it take for the registration pending to be done so I can use the app, a few days to a week maybe or longer? I've had a seller account for only 6 days.

Could you do this for books you have lying around the house. Say I bought a book a few months ago and find the receipt for the book could I upload that to my receipts on Amazon for the bookkeeping aspect? For taxes
This might seem like a dumb question but I’m new to this and the fulfill by seller and the fulfill by Amazon confuses me a little. So If I use the free version, am I still able to ship it to Do FBA( ship it to amazon) or do I need the paid version?
So how much do you usually make (average) after all costs are included...like shipping, cleaning, buying shipping materials and the actual costs behind this. Im talking about true profits not revenue.
Really depends on what your ASP is and what your COGS is, wether or not you have employees or a warehouse or not etc. hard to answer but what I can tell you is that on average amazon takes 15% of the sales price in referral commission and some other fixed rate fees (more for FBA because there’s pick and pack and storage etc) - an average 1lb $15 book sale puts $7-$8 back into your payment account, so starting there, subtract your $1 cost of goods and the $0.25-$0.50 you spent to ship it to amazon, and the $1 for the box and tape used across 30 books ($0.03/book) and your net net before taxes on a $15 sale is no less than $5.47 profit or $5.47 plus your cost of goods and supplies - thats all relevant to the scenario I painted in this comment
you forgot to explain the hardest part. The shipping. How much is the actual fee? do you charge by zip code? or flat shipping to everyone? do you ship to amazon or to actual client?
With FBA(fulfillment by Amazon) You ship it to Amazon and they ship it to the customer. If you MF(merchant fulfilled) you ship it to the customer. When doing FBA and the seller app there is a space to estimate the shipping per pound.
Can you FBA used items? as in they are preshipped to amazon so that the buyer has access to prime shipping? Love the vids man ppl like you that give away extremely valuable information for free is truly priceless. Thank you, keep that hustle up bro :)
