Mumbai hoarding collapse: Main culprit is the owner of the company which owns the hoarding. Other culprits are BMC (inspector of the area) which ignored the hoarding, contractor who constructed the hoarding, engineer who designed the hoarding, land owner who permitted construction on its land without verifying the soundness of the design.

BMC और पुलिस FIR दर्ज कर खानापूर्ति किया बस,उस खतरनाक (Hoarding)billboard की जानकारी थी उन्हें तो उसे हटवाया क्यों नहीं,कोर्ट को BMC और पुलिस के तत्कालीन अधिकारी पर भी FIR करवाना चाहिए|

Agar hoarding BMC ki permission se nahi thi to BMC aur police ko chahiye tha ke use hataye. Garib ka hatela hatane ke waqt nahi sochte magar amir ki hoarding nahi hata sakte.. CM khud zimmedaar hai, kya khud ke khilaf FIR darj karenge CM?
