I am trying to not do too much at once (work in projects) and then be consistent with the things I do even the smaller things. For example I am going to work after having two kids and staying home with them. So that will be a whole ass transition. I am very nervous about it, but I know I need to stay consistent and create routines for myself and my kids. I am heavily relying on my planner with this one. It's like my life book 😂. Passion planner weekly and daily and then I also use notion to track everything and where I put my lists etc. And also some braindumping/journalling.
Thanks for sharing! I feel like we are on the EXACT same page (however for me.. minus the kids... ONE DAY THOUGH!!) Finding that balance is the trickiest part. Like you, I get my hands in so many projects and later leads to burnout. The daily planners and trackers are a life saverrr!! Transitions are so hard! Props to you for managing what you can right now and looking into the future with new structures and routines. I wish you the best!!! It'll be great and work out the way it needs to😌
Thanks for being here!💕
Share with me your intentions for the New Year!🎉
What new habits are you trying to create and sustain?
