Hi it's useful for me.. But i have philips but i too face the same issue when straightening one side to the other it came back to its normal.. Then another thing is I have also done my permenant hair straightening though beauty salon but the used the straightening when my hair is still wet but they said its normal.. For one month there is no problem but my hair started to fall soon.. It lasted for about 8 months.. Thank you for your video.. Keep giving more tips.. 😊
