It makes me realize how much of my life I have wasted sitting on my phone and how I have missed out on most of this beautiful life and my beautiful family that I have. And it made my realize god is there no matter what so for those who cry alone just remember that you don't actually cry alone god hears you. And think about all the happy memories you have. This honestly just made me sit and think. And it made me think of all the people and things I have in my life no matter how big or small, and it made me think of my girl. And it made me just feel thankful and grateful for everything I have'and what I've learned and been through, and realizing that I can be happy exactly where I am with exactly who and what I have. Because no matter how much stress and crap people or work throws at me I have her, I have music, I have everything that makes me honestly happy to look at rather than what doesnt make me happy. It just made me think. Made me realize that my love for my girl, and the love she gives me, and the love of my family and friends is honestly good enough for me, because those smiles go a long way. Whoever actually takes the time to read this and think too, thank you🤗 I hope you're happy and in a good place.

I fell right asleep last night because it was so relaxing this music 🎵
This music made me rethink sad things that happened. It made me know that everything happens for a reason. I was sobbing for the first 15-20 minutes of this video and then I finally just fell asleep so peacefully and got the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Hope this isn’t cheesy I just love it!
Right. Something about it makes you just burst out into tears. I started crying. And rethinking and wondering. And it all ended up making me fall into a deep sleep. Woke up and it honestly felt as if I was a different person.

3 nights in a row now I close my eyes to this beautiful sound and disappear for the night. I’m definitely in a different place.
I’ve been depressed idk why, perhaps by an old memory. I have 3 kids n a wife, I’m out here trying so hard to make things right in this world emotionally & financially, I’ve had thoughts of giving up and cutting my life short but then I get this image of my wife with my children waiting in a lineup just to get fed food and that thought hurts even more cause the job I have pays so well that I maybe I want to hang in there. And stay by them. We are a one income family and I do get tired from shift work but it’s my job.
I’m desperately seeking relief & forgiveness, .....I cried last night 🌙

The first time I listened to it, I put in my downloads so I can listen to it without load and if I accidentaly fall asleep with the data on I fell asleep before a minute was over! Best sleeping music ever.
Bestt music i have ever heard for meditation. No much noise, perfect gamma beam, no unnecessary instruments used. I use it everyday for meditation.

実はいま持病のガンが再発して入院しています
再発は今回で2回目です
最初に発症したときの病名は｢骨肉腫｣でした
右足の膝の骨にガンができていましたが8ヶ月間の抗がん剤治療で治すことが出来ました。
しかし、今回はそのガンがとうとう全身の骨に転移してしまいました。
17歳にして末期ガンになりました。
余命は5ヶ月です
私にはこれからやりたいことがたくさんあります。
高校を卒業して大学に進んで助産師になるために勉強したい
恋愛だってしたいし結婚して子供も欲しいです
当たり前に来るはずだった未来を迎えられるか分からないこの状況ですが、絶対完治してみせます
