I think I see a story development. Remember how Franklin got Officer Nixon demoted to the evidence room? That is how I think any evidence against Leon for the murder of Scully's daughter and the others will get "lost" at least taking care of the cops coming for Leon while Franklin takes care of Scully on the street.

Scully brother was the one that was with scully when doing the drive by on Leon and when Leon saw him all he thought bout was killin him and ain’t know it was a kid in the car I can’t wait for Wednesday for the next episode
