God is the one who gives us the strength to practice and goes longer streaks and helps us to put our energy towards something. semen retention can't really save us only God can. you don't really count if you are doing for God or with God.

I agree with majority of what you’re saying in this video except for the “waiting until marriage to have sex” part because premarital sex is not fornication. The Bible explicitly states what fornication is in Leviticus chapters 18-20. The whole “waiting until marriage to have sex” is a facade established by the Catholic Church. Stay easy💪🏾
