Hi Christine and Forrest, two spots I think might peak your interest.. New Zealand has a good eco system and Hauraki Gulf.. lots of bottlenose dolphins, hammerhead shark and whales. The other places would be Japan and Taiwan then maybe work your way down to Australia, (with a quick stop in Papua New Guinea 😉 for Forrest). I'd like to point out that in a place called Burlington Ontario Canada..there is a lake called Crawford Lake, Anthropocene has begun there, and I believe they may have discovered a new species of fish. I heard it's happening at Beppu Bay in Japan.

Those gulper gulper sharks were definitely a bizzare find, considering that they are one of the few species of sharks that close their eyes without rolling them to protect them from an attack compared to other sharks.
Hey folks. I was wondering if the interactions between shark species and the giant salt water crocs of northern Australia have been studied thoroughly? There is a giant estuary there where bull sharks are moving further and further in to fresh water along with the salties. These are two of the largest predators of our time. How do they interact? How do the indigenous tribes portray these interactions? Are they new? It's a great idea. You also love Australia. Lol. Love you all!😊
If you want shark abundance and diversity then come to the Mississippi Canyon off the mouth of Louisiana and the Mississippi river. I don’t know exactly what’s going on but if you anchor up and chum then you’ll attract thousands, if not tens of thousands of sharks to the boat and if there’s that many at the surface then who knows what’s down deep.
