Jooo just solved it, once you grouped them there should be like a new box (dotted line) which is the one you should select, that’s where the picture will be like in the video.

Is there a way you can reshape the image(without reshaping the boxes). Right now the image is weirdly cropped in to the boxes just to fit. But I want the original proportions of the image and rather lose parts of the image.

How do bring the text below foward, cus whenever i write my words it goes behind the rectangle shape

idk if I understood what you meant, but if you write something do a left-click on the edge-lines of the text, then a right click. After that a menu should pop up, where you will find the command "bring to front" to the right of the command is a little arrow and if you hover over it you can even select that the text should go one layer to the front. It's the same with getting something in the background and it works for all objects. I hope I could help.
