      Those related to criminals often end up no better then them it’s at least partially genetic for example the son of Robert Seaman (the courtroom suspect who committed suicide in a courtroom building) ended up being arrested himself for crimes related to children like his father. So people related to criminals DESERVE to be shunned and rejected by society.

    • @26Sundrops
      @26Sundrops ปีที่แล้ว +4

      That's not how criminal charges work lol. It's all about the evidence that is known upon submitting the charges. It doesn't mean there's no possibility he could have also done the others. But if they charge him for more than they expect to substantiate with evidence, that can make it harder to actually convict him "beyond a reasonable doubt."

      Good point AMP. They act like dna is conclusive, but it's not. A forensic scientist in Oklahoma city named Joyce Gilchrist was fired after being found incompetent. She had been involved with 3000 cases over 20 years and her testimony sent 25 to death row, where 12 were executed. Even in the Kohberger case, the forensic scientist in Idaho said his dna didn't match the sheath, but they sent it to Texas and a forensic scientist said it matched. Just because one of the victims was last seen getting into a Chevy Avalanche, doesn't mean she was killed by that driver. In one night a hooker might be in and out of dozens of cars. I heard where they used their vehicle database to find all the people in the state who own Avalanches. They might have eventually narrowed the search to people living on Long Island that own Avalanches, since some of the phone calls came from there. This guy could have just been an unlucky guy who drove an Avalanche, lived on Long Island, and used the services of hookers. The pizza crust could have been sent to an incompetent forensic examiner like Joyce Gilchrist.
