I'm getting toward 300dps sustained now. Ima steal most your build (I HATE respeccing.)
I toyed with just a couple procs, and they make a dif.
I feel like I'm cheating when I use LF lol.

Oh 100% procs make a HUGE difference! I wanted to cap Psi resist with this build though so had to sacrifice a lot of them :(
