This isn't from a movie, it's all made just for this song.
Basic premise is that initially Michael thinks his girl is cheating on him because he found a business card with the name "Alex" on it. Turns out she's a escort who has her appearance changed up for each of her clients and gives her name via the cards and the "guy creeping on Mike" works for him and discovers a whole bunch of the cards and exposes her to Michael. So Michael up and leaves just as the girl tries to run away to be with him.

Of course you're confused because you weren't watching the video, you were instead busy lip syncing and dancing...complete with your eyes closed and head turning side to side.
