Did this two years ago, love the AMC360 - you will enjoy it. Used lunati voodoo cam, shorty patriot header, and threw on Holley EFI... love it man, sounds amazing. Just hope you took your time putting in the main seals, they are a booger to replace.

I’m gonna have to consider the Holley EFI at some point, I keep hearing how great it is, it worked awesome on the trophy truck! And it would be so much better for off camber situations! thanks for watching!

Should use factory springs during breakin pprocess or you risk wiping out your cam.

I have the summit 8600 in the 360 i built last year for my Honcho. The 8600 is the maximum cam you can run on stock valve train.

i wanna be there for the fire up, I also have a tool for priming the oil. The cam break in is usually done at approx 2.5k rpm for 5-10 minutes then vary rpm from idle to 2.5k for another few minutes. easy peasy. not an exact science. Many things can cause drama during initial fire up. I like to make a list of all things that could happen during fire up. check and re check before initial fire up especially firing order and ignition operation...... things to have on hand. oil, water, aux oil press gauge ,timing light, multi-meter or test-light and there's prolly more.. the first fire up of a fresh motor is my favorite

Oh man that would be awesome, I’m fairly anxious about it so it would be cool to have some help! Last one I did was my impala in high school, that was quite awhile ago!

Eventually I want to paint the Jeep olive drab, this was the best gloss I could come up with at the farm supply store to go with the theme. I wanted gloss on the engine because the grease comes off easier
