thanks for sharing love watching and making these videos on my channel to. ive just started ww again on day 1 & im so exited. rinsing the mince all the fat that comes out solidifies in your drains your better of cooking the mince then using paper towel to remove fat that way.

I make my own cauliflower crust pizza once in awhile...I like it, but don't know about the one you bought. Fun fact...I live in Portugal and my name Tamara is the Portuguese word for date! Hence, when I yell people here my name I say 'Tamara like the fruit'...I am a fruit here!!😜
