I can’t imagine how tough it was for you as a mom to learn the difference between wanting to rush and stop the tears and having the wisdom to push him a little further for his own benefit and to get stronger. I just want to say how proud of you I am to witness you being so strong and pushing Beck to be his best. Every little push is a true accomplishment for a better tomorrow for him. I absolutely adore the way Blakely so very patiently continues to pick up the toys continuously placing them back on Beckham’s tray!! 💜😇💜And, Beckham trying so hard to stay sitting up!! You can tell he is so happy and proud of himself ( while simultaneously wanting to cry, but at the same time, wanting to stick it out longer)💜😇💜They are so precious!!

I don’t mean to overstep, but one thing my mom (a nurse) did with me and my 3 siblings was never give food when we were crying or hurt. She learned in nursing school and child psychology that It can lead to eating comfort food and weight issues when the child is older. I saw this in another video where she got ice cream to feel better for getting hurt. Hugs and kisses only for getting hurt is better💓💓 I know you hug and kiss your kids tons! I just don’t want the sweet girl reaching for food as a first line option when she gets older as a way to comfort herself

Hello! You were talking about Beckhams eyes, would it help him to have maybe a colorful mural on his bedroom wall? Maybe his favorite show that you were talking about. I thought maybe it would help his eye movement to concentrate on the characters and colors. Just a thought when you said that about his show. You do amazing and I've come to love your whole family! I've laughed and cried at times, both of your children are so precious! God has given you such a sweet gift! May the Lord continue to give you strength and wisdom with them both! Love from Virginia

I would recommend a peanut ball as it will be safer and easier.
How do you know if it doesn't hurt? You're not in his body! I have a cousin with cerebral palsy. Been around him for 52 years. Still don't assume I know what he is feeling. I'm sure you will justify your training, but, balling his eyes out doesn't tell me it doesn't hurt, it's just hard and he doesn't want to do it....bull!!

Your hair ont top and roots are a Grey white color, and the lent of your extensions is a beige blonde, your hairdresser, I presume you paid a lot of money,and the color fade between to make a natural fit, it doesn't it how's a tremendous color difference
Hopefully the silver tint will fade in the front, and match the back better. As observers we can make comments on Rachel’s hair, and she probably knows very well what to do with her hair……I am only commenting because I have dyed blonde hair myself and I love it……but sometimes my friends will tell me it looks brassy at the back…..

Oh gosh! This is truly awesome to witness, him fighting the tears so hard, turning them into smiles and giggles, then at the end having a really good cry, almost like he deserved that big cry after fighting it! I dunno if that makes sense... But also it's so brave! And, it must be sooo hard for you Rachel to push him through those tears and frustration. That takes a lot of strength and bravery too. You guys are all awesome. Sending all my love from England 🇬🇧 ❤️

I would not be able to push him past uncomfortable. I bet it does take that under correct doctors care and guidance to let you know a little of what could hurt Vs help. I am so glad you have great medical professionals who informed you about botox for his legs etc. &&I don't have children. But I am not even able to push my dog enough to make my dog even up to societies standards of how he should be have 24 7. It must be an even greater love with children. I have seen where alot of people bring up the jumper. I think also he would love it now he's older and could translate the push or balance to his gait trainer or stand. His brain would really be able to connect the two activities eventually making him better at both. Plus all the balance he could learn swinging around on it to at an angle on tippy toes. ٪ He wouod be exploring not just the jumping straight up. He would feel so in control too..

When Beckham plays or eats could you use your touch on his right hand/arm to get him used to using it - sort of touch therapy? You are a wonderful Mom!

I LOVE watching your videos. You are an amazing mom. The progress you have made with Beckham is amazing. Hunter is hilarious when he video the kid's the other day. I look forward everyday to seeing your video. Just a suggestion, if you wet the bottom of Beckham's suction toy it might stick to his highchair table better. Just a thought. In a day and age when parents give into their kids because it's "easier" they aren't doing them any favors. You are amazing knowing when enough is enough and pushing Beckham the right amount more to make him stronger both physically and mentally. Beckham knows when he succeeds, you can tell. He'll steady himself to straighten up and he's happy he did that. No doubt he knows exactly what he's doing. Such a happy feeling of accomplishment for BOTH of you!
Did u ever try a bouncer for Beckham. Ones that like attach to top of doorway and it’s a seat like a baby swing seat.I think he’d love it to be able to jump but also help your muscles too. Just a little suggestion. Love u all u know I do.
I just wanted to tell both of you that you are amazing parents to both your kiddos. The time and effort you put into therapy with Beckham is awesome! I know as a parent we all would do the most we could, but you two are incredible 💙💗
You can get kid sized yoga balls! There’s also the ones with the handles for kids.

He loved the big ball he wanted to bounce on it, that was funny to him. You just have to be ready for it. Silly boy he has so much personality
its great to see him naturally doing that standing up with support then squatting down, standing up, that little babies generally do by instinct. It shows him progressing with some things naturally at his own pace.
