    Another fantasic review of one of the most beautiful project on dwarkaexpressway.
    Developers should learn from Mr. Kabul Chawla how to select land parcels. Its really nice to see his vision take shape.
    Anyone who invests here now will definetly get a lot of return in next 2-3 yrs. Pricing from company is really good and product is true value for money.

    Very detailed coverage, hallmark of Prakhar Ji. Thanks for the update. The project seems a very peaceful place to stay, primarily due to the low density of the project. However, in your video, one could catch a glimpse of the construction quality that seems to be bowing to the elements of nature. The demarcation of the houses, especially on the ground floor could probably have been better, to avoid conflicts in future. Say, what stops my neighbour's dog to defacate in my lawn ? Or their naughty children to spoil my walls ? Covered parking is not available, which is due to the basement being made part of the apartments. Good to look at, but ..... The basement walls have dark coloured tiles till the roof and with no power, resembles a dungeon. How was the ventilation down there when you covered it Prakhar Ji ? Air conditioning is a must, I guess. Otherwise, well illuminated apartments with a lot of greenery around. Jain Ji was right, the prices cannot be matched, if it were to be constructed and sold today... Very competitive prices for a society that is directly joined to both the Dwarka Expressway and the 75 feet road. Superb location, indeed.

    Hi what's the update on your uncompleted sections in Block-A which have been hidden using high and large green fabric, there are numerous units which have stay order also. Lots of stagnant water and unhygienic conditions near area around milk booth and the area near the incomplete or stalled construction units. What is the reason for this stalled construction, stays etc on the above parts??

      Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts. It means a lot and motivates me to do more. It's a very time consuming task. The drone shot of 3 mins which you see here takes 1 to 2 hrs of recording and later filtering the best parts takes aditional 5 to 7 hrs. Sometimes I think of giving it up but then comments like yours is what keeps me moving. Ya, I mostly cover Dwarka Expressway New Gurgaon. I'll surely try to get permission for that project though I won't be able to confirm by when as Govt. follow ups for Dwarka Expressway consumes a lot of my time. Stay safe.

    Hi all. I am resident of this township. Sir you are showing only sale buster point but there are many problem. They are charging maintenance but not giving any facility. I am stay here from last one year and till now they have not started daily need shop. In short we can say they are very big bulf master. Before buying any unit please ask to any resident. Here we are staying 15 family and planning dhdharna for our rights in first week of October 2020. So sir you are also requested to show other face of BPTP Amstoria

      Hey Jagdish ji, everyone has their own perception of things. Some may be satisfied and some may not. One must take an informed decision. The purpose of my video is to show the development in and around Dwarka Exoressway. Incase residents are facing conflict with developer they must approach competent authorities for resolution. There are legal options available to consumers and home buyers. Hope this helps. I believe with completion of Dwarka Expressway things all around would drastically improve.

      Sir, my prime focus is getting Dwarka Expressway completed, i don't want to loose focus from there at all nor have resources to look into individual society issues. I am also fighting my own battle with our builder along with home buyers. Residents must collectively take it up with the developer and have internal issues addressed.

    Hi Prakhar, Thx for the detailed video. Is there a problem of water logging/stagnant in basement of these villa floors specially during rainy season. I have heard about this problem from many dealers. Specially in properties of sector 102 , due to higher water levels. A good example in basement parking of India Bulls. Do you have seen/heard of similar complaints in Amstoria Basement levels.

      Hey Shailesh ji, there was one such incident where the maintenance was not able to repair the tap leakage which resulted in logging water in the basement of 1 floor. Apart from that i haven't heard any such complaints from the resident about Amstoria. Many developers of high rise apartments have this problem in basement as water table is high.     Love the layout of the township. The low-rise concept... What will be the cost of smaller plots like 250sq yds -350sq yds? Why don't you consider a cluster for senior living? Low rise, senior-friendly... If someone would like to get cupboards fitted by you, would you do it?

      @@himanshugarg972 it will be around 38k(OPTIMISTICALLY)don't buy direct from builder ,prefer resale of plots. this bptp amstoria project is very late almost 7-8 years. if someone is very eager to sell his plot you can easily grab around 32k. these builder are just inflating the price the real prices of property in gurgaon is less. these days always go for resale olny there you can have real prcies of property .

      Govt water supply is there, complete power backup is there, generally downtime is 30-60 min a day. Power Backup charges around 18 INR Per unit same as others. Hope this helps.

      Go for Puri with closed eyes. BPTP dosen't have a good reputation in delivery.You can check with their previous customers.They'll make you cry for posession.

    Hey Prakhar, I visited to check out plots which they are planning to come up by Sept 2020. The township is good however builder reputation is in question. My suggestion is to also commend on the build quality (RCC Vs others) , usable water and electricity. Sec 102 is yet to be covered under municipal corporation.       Not a reliable builder. People having booked flats in sector 37 D are regretting as what was promised and booked for Rs 45L is being given finally for about 75L on ground that covered area is increased and other unreasonable charges are added .What is promised in favour of flat buyers is not given even though mentioned in builder buyer agreement .The Company wants to earn more only at cost of flat buyers while selling and even after selling the flats .

    Video was good as usual. However, perhaps you should ask some difficult questions such as whose responsibility is it to connect the society with the main road / expressway, whether there is / will be proper water supply or will it be thru tanker, sewage management facility, etc. No doubt all good developers will provide gym, auditorium, etc. But the main issues that customers want addressed are everyday utilities.

      Thank you so much bro. It's already connected till the main roads at both ends. Since work of Dwarka Expressway is going on so existing roads were dug up near that. Govt. water and electricity supply is already there. Sewage connectivity would come with completion of Dwarka Expressway only. They are taking care of basic needs too.

Pathetic customer service. Total lootedme. I have booked in2011and still waiting. No promised amanities completed... Club, mandir or community center... Visit the project first discuss residents.

      Yes your are right. Upper Dwarka Expressway has to be blacktopped may be done after monsoons only.
