Ok but HOWARD- MMMMM she’s SO SO SO good. Cleeves is just as good. They seem a bit scared, but they definitely got into it. If they had A TINY bit more energy this would be amazing

Aragon seemed a bit nervous and shy. Her notes went flat and at times even went off-key. They were all very good, though. A boost in confidence would make it perfect
nobody is mentioning the one who played Cleves and it hurts my heart🥺😭❤️🤗❤️🤗❤️🤗
Anne of Cleves was SO GOOD
You guys actually have great voices. Only the voice of the girl who played Aragon is a bit too gentle compared to the original. Dont get me wrong her voice is great but its just that maybe someone with a stronger voice would be a better fit. Besides that all the voices fit really well especially Howard's and Boleyn's. Great job all of you!
Gizem Gonenc all of them have great voices. You know how much work it takes for you to learn all these harmonies and choreography and teach all of it. It’s A LOT OF WORK. So even though you have an opinion about how there voices don’t think, I think it adds to her characters. That’s all.
@@katiehufstetler Yeah I am aware that it is a lot of work. As you said it is my opinion. But she still was great nonetheless. Much much better than anything I could have done lol
Parr's actor was only 13 like wow, the oldest people are 16
@@katiehufstetler, just be because they work hard, that doesn't mean people can't criticize them. I am also in musical theatre, and I love Six. I can tell you that her performance was not that good. Her voice doesn't fit the part, and she was too timid when performing.
I like your performance. It wasn't bad at all. I do have a few recommendations/notes that are in no way mean-spirited or meant to make it seem like your performance wasn't good at all. I genuinely did like it and just want to give you guys tips so that it can be even more amazing.
1) Feel the energy! You are singing as queens who had a significant impact on history. Act like you are a mad powerhouse that can slay anyone they wish! Embody your queen. Trust me, once you start embodying the queen you are playing, your confidence kicks in instinctively and your able to do things with passion so that mistakes don't even look like mistakes. Plus, more energy makes the audience more like to jam to the song and love it as much as you do.
2) The girl who played Aragorn seemed unsure of what pitch she should take for most of the performance. Might I suggest swapping her with Boleyn or maybe Parr which have a more definitive pitch? The girl who played Boleyn was good but she is hella soprano so I feel like she might've been a good Howard or Seymour - trust me though, I'd kill to be able to hit high notes like that.
3) Your harmonies were great up until the last 'wives' harmony. That one is really trick to maneuver so I really don't hold it against you guys that you struggled a bit with it. I'm not sure who, but someone was really high while three or four people were all singing low and one person was singing their note. Maybe try singing that harmony with the same note from the other ones and then rise and fall from there because what happened was all of you started low instead of starting on your respective notes as with the other harmonies - I don't do music theory so I'm sorry if that wasn't cohesively explained; I just tried to explain it from like a listener's point of view.
That's all I have to say really. Otherwise, really great performance and I hope you guys develop the confidence and the sass to do this again in future but even better
Thank you so much for your pointers! I really appreciate the feedback. Regarding our Boleyn and Aragon, both were last minute replacements along with Howard as many members were ill on the day of the performance so those three had to learn the choreography that day which caused a few issues with the harmonies as well, like you stated.
We really appreciated the feedback as it will help us improve for the future, we'll make sure we bump up the energy for next time!
@@annieodell5652 I'm so sorry that they were ill :( I hope they've gotten better or will get better if they aren't already. For last minute replacements, they didn't do half bad. You'd have thought they'd been practicing for a while but just got stage fright or something :p At least now if you ever decide to redo the performance with the original members you'll have someone who is looking forward to it and someone to impress :)
