Seriously I wish she would stop stressing about it, it’s been great. It’s somehow comforting touching base with someone everyday during this whole thing. I feel like my routine would be thrown off without a nighttime log! Think of it not as boring, but as comforting.

With melatonin, it does take a little bit to get used to if you are struggling with insomnia, or at least that's how it was with me. I have anxiety so my mind is always running, especially at night and *especially* before I go to bed, so I take melatonin every single night. I have panic attacks when I have to take pills, so I always take organic adult melatonin gummies and it helps me so much. I can actually fall sleep and stay asleep for 8 hours. It took me maybe a week to get used to the medicine, but it really truly helps once you get in the habit of using it and it's totally okay to have it every day before you go to bed. Sleep well!

I used to use melotonin but know I have a weighted blanket!! It is the best it helped my sleep and anxiety so much!! But I am SO GLAD that melotonin (don't come for my spelling🤣)
Lizzie Catherine My mind always overthinks (I can hear my voice in my head, I picture past conversations and think about how I could have responded differently, conversations that haven’t even happened and likely won’t happen, scenarios that probably won’t happen and questions I would want to ask people but then it never comes out that way, it can get annoying, even when I listen to music on a walk, I still can hear my voice in my head thinking of things) It also happens before I go to sleep so I found an app and listen to the ocean and wind through the trees as a mix and it helps but even with that, I rarely sleep through the night!
Caitzee those kind of apps don’t really work for me, because I need total silence in order to sleep (which is mostly why having my mind keeps racing throughout the night doesn’t help whatsoever 😆) but really melatonin helps me so much. I don’t know it kinda turns my mind off and helps me sleep all night long which I’ve had a really hard time with for so long. I think about that stuff a lot too and I find journaling helps me get those thoughts down and out. If you can try out melatonin!!! 😊

I have a Persian, I keep a brush on an end table to brush her almost daily. It isn’t too bad as long as I brush her. If I forget I find big clumps of fur everywhere. I do have to get her groomed to get her behind fur shaved otherwise poop sticks to it and it’s one big mess.
I agree he was really good, he reminded me of a more assertive Patrick in it lol. It has to be hard to do that kind of role because it requires a delicate balance of quirkiness, and naivete but he still has to show a grown up side. Its like he has to be a little of a lot. He is so versatile, I saw him on Lucifer too.
I’ve been alone for the past two months without my family and friends... Even you daily vlogging cheers me up and makes me feel less alone. You just being normal and not trying to do everything helps so much. Sometimes I feel unmotivated and sometimes I feel sad, and that is okay. It’s okay to feel weird during this time because no one fully knows when anything will be back to normal. You are doing amazing and you are showing us how you are really doing.

Some fun things I do is to tie dye, bake, paint a picture, do another craft, play games, decorate/rearrange a room, or cook meals you usually wouldn’t.

every day when i try to fall asleep i always put on a podcast playing in the backround because it makes me feel like someone is still awake and wierdly that gives me some kind of comfort so if noise doesn't interfere with you trying to fall asleep i really recomend this.

I also have insomnia, even though I'm very young I have been diagnosed and these are some things that I reccomend to try:) Valerian Root, having a strict routine, mine lasts an hour before I try to go to sleep but it can be longer or shorter, getting off electronics 1 hour before bed, and I have found that a little bit of exercise is also helpful, I do 15-20min of yoga right before bed and it has helped me. Hope you see this and that they help:) oh and if you do I love you a lot and I have been watching vlogmas for like 3 or 4 years and I'm so exited that you're doing vlarch and vlapril😌❤

I love watching them. I would go pay to see a live show, but I don't live in NY, and most of the ones I watch are with OBC and so even IF I went to a show, I still couldn't go see those original casts live ANYWAY
I get both sides of the argument. I get pissed as a performer when someone in the front row or wherever visibly has their phone out but half of the shows I’ve seen, I’ve only seen because of bootlegs. Now that we have Broadway HD its great its more chances to watch high quality performances but it doesn’t have current running shows and it honestly didn’t have a huge selection especially of the shows I wanted to watch

I also have insomnia, even though I'm very young I have been diagnosed and these are some things that I reccomend to try:) Valerian Root, having a strict routine, mine lasts an hour before I try to go to sleep but it can be longer or shorter, getting off electronics 1 hour before bed, and I have found that a little bit of exercise is also helpful, I do 15-20min of yoga right before bed and it has helped me. Hope you see this and that they help:) oh and if you do I love you a lot and I have been watching vlogmas for like 3 or 4 years and I'm so exited that you're doing vlarch and vlapril😌❤

I love watching them. I would go pay to see a live show, but I don't live in NY, and most of the ones I watch are with OBC and so even IF I went to a show, I still couldn't go see those original casts live ANYWAY
I get both sides of the argument. I get pissed as a performer when someone in the front row or wherever visibly has their phone out but half of the shows I’ve seen, I’ve only seen because of bootlegs. Now that we have Broadway HD its great its more chances to watch high quality performances but it doesn’t have current running shows and it honestly didn’t have a huge selection especially of the shows I wanted to watch
Bubby707 Yes! I'm from mexico so ive never even gotten the chance to even go to NY, but If I were able too, I wouldnt hesitate to get some tickets and go watch the show live, but since I am literally not even able to, bootlegs are like my only way to actually watch a Performance
