      Here is the issue. Democrat voters want pre crime laws that harass the law abiding. Democrats give it to them.     If I were the family's of the victims, I'd sue the judicial system because this psycho should have never been let out in the first place. I've seen people with fewer charges get no bail. He had attempted murder charges on 3 cops and still got bailed, and why would any judge not only give him bail but then lower the bail... that judge should be held accountable ... this is the only city where criminals get away with everything...

    NYPD has a series "true blue" on their youtube channel that shows them going out and doing their job. They are not directly saying it, but it seems like they are making the youtube videos to show how it's not them dropping the ball. Its the legal system, DA, etc. Shit, they even have NYPD lawyers out in the field with them during operations just to ensure everything is by the book and the courts still don't do their part.

      Company that offer bail bonds. Which, inchange of things like a house or car or 401k, etc. And a family, friend, even himself can apply. If his case is dismissed, all the bond money will be returned. If found guilty, the city/state will charge 3% of that bond and return the rest to whoever setup the bond. The criminals will only have to pay 10% of the full payment to get out early which is why criminals do what they do
