    Thanks for playing this study
could you please help me how to play study #10 from sticking patterns?
i played the fifth bar in 4/4 and i think it's right
But i have a problem on tenth bar Is it 5/4 ? I don't see the 5/4 sign on start of this bar.
Just tell me is it 4/4 or 5/4?
    Thank you.

You're right! It's actually 5/4. I guess it's a typo there. All the other bars are 4/4. Cheers

These exercises are very difficult to execute. The players I’ve seen on here do an excellent job and in some cases include written dynamics. But interestingly in all vids I’ve seen so far the ghost notes are loud & accents just a tad louder .... just saying ...

Hey Michael, thanks for your comment! Several things affecting the accents/ghost notes correlation: 1) my obviously imperfect technique. The video was recorded a year ago and I’ve come a long way since than. Still far from what I would like it to sound or how an experienced player would deal with that. 2) iPhone camera compresses the sound to a certain degree. It became obvious to me when I played some of studies as a warmup in the studio. 3) There is still a question on the accent/ghost correlation when dealing with different written dynamic levels (say, bar of pp followed by a bar of ff, if we put it to the extreme), and I’ve heard different opinions on that.
