Dude I always come back to listen to the other video of this song. You did an absolutely amazing job with this. From the velocities to the sustain. Fantastic. Would it be too much to ask for the MIDI for this? I'm working on a cover for this now but there are things that I'm having difficulties playing out by ear. I can totally credit you in the video if you wish! Your video was the one that inspired me to cover it too. Didn't expect to like it from the first few listenings of the original track, but i loved your piano version.

You should try doing 2 measure RH then LH so coordinating them at the end isn't too hard
