It feels like the Joust has a lot of history. I find myself thinking things like "Hmm...Le Melt's ramp isn't super low by modern standards..." Really cool to see how things change season to season.
Did you just reference "Jessie's Girl" to The Cars. Similar guitar riff but different act altogether. Like the way those teams stayed alive for a while with just one car. Crazy action, but sometimes you just want LeMelt to be eliminted.
Only on No Holds Barred, which we almost got to. When there's no eliminations, they increase speed. If no eliminations, speed is increased again. If further no eliminations, No Holds Barred.. Eevil Weevil gets removed, speed is increased, and cars have the option to go down backwards if it's beneficial for them. A crazy sight to be sure!
@@TAGSlays A car or two may have pulled a fast one and gone down backwards without the officials noticing in time. The Invisible woman did that once or twice, benefit of being nearly invisible, but officially, it's only during "No Holds Barred" rounds to break up a stalemate.

This and the last main event were 2 of the best in Joust history! This season has been full of amazing competitors, can't wait for the finals
I'm sensing a solid finale for this season. We have seen these teams in the past, and they are all prime fighters and survivors. I'm getting pumped.

Question, when LeMelt follows the caddy, couldn't the team choose to go down backwards? Seems like LeMelt could do in the caddy going backwards.
