Sixringsofsteel please go read about cap holds/renouncing rights i think it would help you out a lot and make you a better rebuilder. Love your vids as well!!!
When you renounce the rights it gets rid of bird rights and makes them unrestricted the entire point of the cap hold on rfa's is so you can't sign a Big star then use the bird rights to go under the cap without a penalty
