what is the process for baking and exporting your embroidery? Is there a way to turn it into geo?

humm you could turn into geometry if you use the heigh/displacmenet map into a plane in ZBrush but the whole point is to use the textures (a lot easier)

can you show how you baked it and how you rendered it out ?

There's no need to bake anything with the patch because you get all your maps from 3D sampler. The render is marmoset
