The way they have treated you (sad) will bite them in the rear (sad). You are a leader in the industry and the industry is listening. Your message is loud and clear.
As great as a guy that Doug is, I sure hope that Cyclone makes good on this and gets this man his money back. Doug is very respected in the industry, and his reviews will sway a lot of people. Cyclone, are you listening!!!
The answer from the factory would be a brand new, tested, unit brought right to your front door and take back the one you have. So now 2 years later what did they do for you? I need to know because I’m about to buy one of these.
Plenty of reasons to have nothing to do with a company of that extremely poor quality. I feel for you. I fought the same battle, but on a much smaller scale with a local supplier. Hope you get to make your money back.
What a pile of💩! Hope they do the right thing and remedy this problems and or give u ur money back. Have u gotten a different piece of equipment to replace this "from the factory" cyclone? And does it work? Just wondering if there is something out there that really works.
I had to get a lawyer....It's sad that a company will sell you a $153,000 piece of equipment and expect you to take a loss based on legitimate problems with their product.

What’s worse than having a defective product is having a defective company that doesn’t support its product
Did it come from the factory like that ?
Just when you think you've already found the biggest waste of money.
Let me guess...from the factory? 😂 just kidding...seriously tho I couldn’t imagine paying 150k for something so half assed
Sounds like a lemon
From the what?
Can you tell.... I was amazed they could send it out like that.
Cajun Soft Wash 😂👍😎👍
How many units do they have in use?
I'm not sure but I was told somewhere around 200
I wonder the % of lemons sold. This video may bring more to the surface.
Should have titled this video "From The Factory" lol.
