Sergio remembers why he came to Spain and goes through his story.

Why is there two different intonations sometines when the sentences are repeated twice by the woman?
A veces es complicaod decir una frase exactamente igual, muchas gracias por el aporte.
I was wondering if it was two different accents, like two diffferent accents pertaining to two diferent countries, I've noticed this difference in all the videos where the sentence is repeated. @
