I agree that pltr is overvalued. However, with growth stocks, it's hard to predict the future. Forexample TSLA was 900% up in 5 years, taking profit is good; However sometimes when you take profit you misse the next leg.
My strategy is, I pull out only my core investment, usually after I double in profit and migrate the funds to somewhere else and come back after it corrects. I never pulled everything out. It works for me and you might find it helpful as well.
