I did this color change strategy yesterday and today. Waited for 20 sma to cleanly rise for last 5 bars. And I was taking trades only when candle either touches the 20 sma or crosses below 20!sma but 20 is still rising cleanly. With risk of $5 for each trade, I made $29 yesterday and $37 today. I maintained 1:2 risk ward ratio. This strategy works awesome. The key with this strategy is to take every single trade which meets this setup. So that when you add all trades, your winners will negate losers. There would be stop losses but with 1:2 risk reward ratio, it would make you profitable at the end of the day. Thank you Oliver!!!

I noticed that Oliver Velez doesn't answers or responds to any questions and comments on his video. It's been over a month with over 100 comments and questions and zero 000 from Oliver. He's missing in action. I did have a question, but I think it's useless to ask because it will go unanswered. Good video though, but absentee owner.
If any of you guys have a good explanation, here is the question: Why use the 2 min vs the 1 min, other than it slows everything down you see? What's the benefit or advantage of doing this?

I watched the 10 hour TH-cam video and ready for the new week. Watched Bitcoin 2 minute and analyzed patterns. All I can say is Booom!!!!!
It's basically momentum trading. Thanks for the simple, clear, and lively explanation!
My fav trade on those trend days is first touch off 20ema after breaking away from it a while. But a lot of this is historical analysis that does no good entering trade or getting out. Separation off 200 is about a 50/50 chance it’ll break out or come back. Flat line breakout is strongest like Oliver says but wavy is hard to catch. Takes some feel and maybe keep eye on vix or correlation of other stocks. Also the 20sma is junk compared to 20ema on 5min. Those 2min candles whip me out too often. 5min and 3200tick combo is key for wanting an entry at breakout but want in earlier than a 5min candle breakout or engulfing candle. 3200 will show a big candle but 5 still shows it smaller. Power of seeing the volume on a candle without worthless volume indicator. Rsi tiki Cci and stochastic for divergence trades seem to work best for me.
