I ve been playing guitar for 15 years, trust me this is the best exercise for fingering, i still do for couple of minute before playing,
Note: always use metronome while doing these exercises, or you can tap your feet. Start slow , try to hit every note perfectly .....

Yes bro aur woh metronom se slow beats pe practice karne se aayega. Remember when u start learning to play guitar golden rule is, 'speed thrills but it kills'. Play slow to build accuracy speed aapne aap aane lagega.
